Welcome to Oftura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and subscription plans, including the Core Plan, Free Plan, and Premium Plan (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility

2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may not share your account with others.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer the following plans:
Free Plan: Limited access with up to 2 submissions per month.
Core Plan: Expanded access with additional features and increased submission limits.
Premium Plan: Full access to all features and maximum submission capacity.
Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing Page. We reserve the right to update plans at any time with prior notice.
4. Payments & Renewals
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
Payments are processed through our third-party provider (e.g., Squarespace or MemberSpace).
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Canceling will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Services.
Attempt to bypass usage limits on submissions.
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Services are owned by Oftura or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oftura disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance.
